All of our packages are shipped (domestically) through priority mail which takes 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) depending on where you are located in the US after your order. You also have the option to select UPS 2-Day Air for an additional cost.

Unfortunately, we are currently not offering shipping internationally at this time but intend to do so in the very near future.

If your package has not arrived yet please refer to the tracking number provided to you in your order + shipping email. Sometimes transit can vary depending on weather conditions. Still not sure? Your package slip is always located on the bottom of the package.

We use Solid Gold, Vermeil (thick gold- plating over Sterling Silver), 925 Sterling Silver & Stainless Steel.

We have a 14-day return policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy.
